We deliver worldwide from our home in Louisville, Kentucky, to most regions across the globe*. However, we do not deliver to some remote areas and parts of Asia. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location.

What shipping options do you offer?

We provide two convenient shipping options tailored for your needs:

• Standard Shipping – $12.95: Perfect for faster delivery. We partner with DHL or FedEx, with delivery in 10-15 days after shipping. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days, and you can track your package with real-time updates.
• Free Shipping – No Cost!: Ideal for budget-conscious shoppers planning ahead. This uses EMS, with delivery in 15-25 days after shipping. A minimum order of $50 or more is required. Order processing takes 1-2 business days.

What are the holiday delivery deadlines?

To ensure your items arrive in time for Christmas, we recommend:

• Order by December 5th for standard shipping.
• Order by November 20th for free shipping options.

During peak season (November-December), we add extra staff to maintain quick processing, but early orders are best to avoid delays.

How long does order processing take?

Our Louisville-based team processes all orders within 1-2 business days. During busy periods, we work efficiently to keep things moving, so you can count on timely delivery.
