⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for:

- Alternative Christmas decoration of equal value
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the exchange item using your preferred shipping method.
International Returns
Since we deliver Christmas cheer worldwide (with only a few exceptions in remote areas and parts of Asia), international returns follow the same policy. However:
- Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs
- Customs duties and taxes for returns are the customer’s responsibility
- Refunds will be issued in US dollars
